Terms of Service
Effective October 10, 2026 · Waterline Intel, operated by QUEENAN CAPITAL LLC
These terms describe use of our freight intelligence, planning, and account services.
1. Using Waterline
Waterline Intel provides freight intelligence, market research, planning tools, and ways to organize shipment records and quote requests. Use the service lawfully and provide information you are authorized to share. Do not misuse accounts, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
2. Accounts
Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security, or legal obligations.
3. Freight and market information
Modeled routes, indicative costs, market prices, vessel observations, forecasts, and operator listings support research and planning. They do not by themselves constitute confirmed capacity, executable carrier quotes, bookings, or guarantees. Verify physical feasibility, contractual terms, restrictions, and real provider quotes before making a shipping commitment.
4. Transportation arrangements
Waterline's ordinary software and research features do not undertake to book or arrange motor-carrier transportation on your behalf. Any separate transportation arrangement would require an explicit agreement and all legally applicable authorizations.
5. Your information and privacy
You retain rights in your lawful business and shipment information. You authorize Waterline to host, secure, process, and display submitted information to provide the requested service, and to share records with a provider only when you initiate or authorize sharing. Data practices and account-data requests are described on our Privacy page.
6. Technology and third-party data
Waterline software, interfaces, branding, and original materials are owned by their respective rights holders. Access to the service does not transfer those rights. External sources and data providers retain their own applicable rights and restrictions.
7. Payments and cancellations
Free offerings do not require payment. If a paid plan is offered, its price, billing period, and renewal or cancellation terms should be displayed before payment authorization. A separately negotiated pilot is governed by its agreed written terms. Contact Waterline with billing questions or cancellation issues; applicable legal rights remain in effect.
8. Waterline Pro subscriptions
Waterline Pro offers eligible founding subscribers a $24 monthly plan, billed by Stripe and renewed each month until canceled. A signed-in account is required. The plan includes unlimited saved movements, RFQ tracking, provider-offer comparisons and decision records. Founding slots are limited, and checkout availability is confirmed before payment. The one-time Freight Decision Brief is purchased separately and is not included in the subscription. Subscribers can manage payment methods and cancel future renewals through the Stripe billing portal; access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
9. One-time Freight Decision Brief orders
The Freight Decision Brief founding offer is $49 per movement, paid once without automatic renewal. Waterline will prepare a human-reviewed 2–4-page research report comparing available route choices, dated supporting sources, and RFQ-ready next steps. Delivery is targeted within two business days after essential shipment details are confirmed. Buyers may cancel before research begins for a full refund. If Waterline cannot complete the agreed scope, we will refund the order or agree to a revised scope. Material errors reported within seven days will be corrected or reviewed for a refund, without limiting statutory rights. The report does not include carrier bookings, carrier-solicited rates, confirmed capacity or promised savings. For order issues, contact jackq@waterlineintel.com.
10. Availability and responsibility
The availability and quality of upstream data and network services can change. Do not rely on Waterline as your sole source for safety-sensitive or high-value decisions. Nothing here excludes liabilities or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
11. Contact and applicable law
These terms are intended to be governed by Illinois law where applicable and permitted. For account, billing, or commercial questions, contact jackq@waterlineintel.com. We may update these terms as the service evolves and will change the effective date when we do.
